My kids aren't overly picky eaters (my younger daughter loves hummus, dried mango and all kinds of crazy stuff), but they are bread snobs. You might remember that I've shared before how we make our sandwiches once a month, and the double-sided peanut butter keeps the jelly from leaking through.
